Ideas and Phrases from Old English Poems

Phrases and ideas to use:
  • wrack-kin, wreck, rack, rock, wretched, rack for avarice
  • fated-farer on your way to the holy home
  • all earthly abundance elders and from their beauty fruiting things fade
  • earth-weal over eternal warfare
  • God's poorling
